People with a particular type of
epilepsy (photosensitive epileptics) can have seizures triggered
by strobe lights. The repetition rate of a flashing strobe
with 5-30 repetitions per second is particularly sensitive
for triggering seizures. If you are an diagnosed (or
undiagnosed) photosensitive epileptic, exposure to strobes might
